“It’s never too late to set new goals and have a conversation about your retirement picture,” says Andy.

After earning his degree in business management and marketing from the University of North Dakota in 2016, Andy took on leadership roles, including a decade-long stint at Target, where he served as a Store Director in Boulder, Colorado. Later, he made the transition to financial advising with Thrivent before joining Strategic Wealth Designers in 2025. Andy has passed the Series 63 and 65 securities exams and he is licensed in life and health insurance. He is currently pursuing his CFP® designation.

Off the clock, you’ll find Andy on the golf course, hiking trails or cheering on Minnesota sports teams (Skol Vikings! We’re Gonna Win Twins!). A Fargo native, Andy credits his Midwestern roots for his strong work ethic. He now lives in Thornton, Colorado, with his wife Alyssa, their daughter Savanna. And he always has a strong coffee nearby. Faith and family are important to Andy, and his family are proud members of the New Hills Church community.
