Brad's Bio

“Protecting money in retirement is more important than growing money in retirement. Follow the plan.”

As a college student, Brad studied history and economics, intending to follow in his mother’s footsteps and become a teacher. Money had always been tight growing up, but his mother had the help of a financial advisor who guided her retirement savings while also creating 529 college plans for Brad and his brother. That guidance allowed his mother to retire well, even on a teacher’s salary. Seeing the impact of proper financial guidance on his mother’s life profoundly affected Brad. He switched his focus to financial services, educating clients so they can make better financial decisions.

Today, Brad finds the most satisfaction in his work when he’s there for his clients during significant financial events. He takes pride in guiding them through the highs and lows of retirement. His knowledge of Social Security, managed money, stocks and financial planning software allows him to help clients manage and understand their retirement plans effectively.

Brad graduated from Western Washington University with a double major in history and finance. He has passed the Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 securities exams.

Brad lives in Monroe, Washington, with his wife, Colleen, and their three children, Rory, Rowan and Reid. Their home is also a mini-farm, complete with a large garden, two cats (Fibi and Pirate), two dogs (Maisel and Mathilda), three goats (Mr. Darcy, Duke and Daisy) and about 10 chickens. Brad loves to lift weights, play pickup basketball with friends and enjoy the great outdoors with his family.
