Cate is an extraverted, people-first connector who uses her outgoing personality to make every guest feel at home. Inspired by her uncles to turn her passion for events and marketing into a full-time career, Cate loves doing the little things that make events come together.

Before joining Strategic Wealth Designers, Cate served as marketing director for Dance Marathon, a student-led philanthropic organization at Florida State University. This sparked a lasting passion for nonprofit work and the many ways it can change lives. She has also worked as a forensic intern for the Pasco County Sheriff’s Department and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in crime scene investigation from Florida State University.

Cate lives in Atlanta, Georgia. She enjoys traveling and staying close with her family, including the family dog, Georgia. Outside the office, Cate is an avid reader who likes to stay active by going on walks and taking Pilates classes. She also loves watching sports and movies, attending concerts and theater productions, listening to music and supporting the arts.
