Kara has a passion for crafting unforgettable events that prospective clients truly enjoy, helping them learn how Strategic Wealth Designers can put them on a path to achieving their retirement dreams. Her role allows her to connect personally with families and be part of the team that guides them through the retirement planning process.

With a rich background that includes roles as a development coordinator, marketing coordinator and administrative assistant, Kara brings a unique blend of marketing, communications and customer service skills to her position. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing, with a minor in nonprofit studies, from the University of Oklahoma.

Kara represents SWD’s people-first philosophy and commitment to serving community needs by being actively involved with local charities and her church. She lives in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area with her husband, Joe, and their beloved beagle, Henley. She enjoys running, going to the beach, volunteering, yoga, painting, reading and, most recently, tennis, pickleball and golf.
