Mackenzie is the friendly face clients often encounter when first interacting with Strategic Wealth Designers. Since joining the firm in 2022, Mackenzie has been delighting clients with her excellent hospitality and customer service skills, honed over 17 years in the service industry. A former preschool paraprofessional, she has a talent for making people feel comfortable and welcome.

Mackenzie was drawn to the retirement industry by the desire to help people live the life they’ve always imagined post-retirement. Since joining the team at SWD, she’s quickly learned the value of second opinions and the confidence clients gain when making informed decisions. She’s proud to be part of a team that always puts the needs of its clients first.

When she’s not creating memorable experiences for clients, Mackenzie enjoys a variety of hobbies, including crocheting and gardening. She also loves spending time with her cats, Willow and Archer, and camping with her family.
