She finds the most satisfaction in making a positive impact on clients and loves connecting with new people. Mia thrives on contributing to memorable events, whether through meticulous planning or seamless day-of coordination.

Before joining SWD, Mia was a sales administrative coordinator for a boutique hotel in California, where she managed group reservations and coordinated weddings and corporate events. This role, along with her experience as a social media and fundraising manager during college, honed her skills in organization and client relations.

Mia earned her Bachelor of Arts in history with minors in event planning & experience management and art history from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in 2024.

A recent transplant to Houston, Texas, Mia enjoys exploring her new city. Outside the office, her hobbies include getting outdoors for pickleball, snowboarding and hiking. She also loves attending concerts, trying new restaurants, reading, and is excited that her role includes opportunities to travel and discover new places.
