Before joining Strategic Wealth Designers, Stephanie held roles as a manager and HR specialist, where she sharpened her leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills. These experiences shaped her ability to juggle multiple priorities, solve challenges effectively and provide hands-on support. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing with a minor in communications from Salisbury University.

Stephanie is dedicated to making each event memorable, ensuring every small detail reflects care and professionalism while fostering genuine connections. Her role allows her to channel her creative talents and help others.

Originally from the Baltimore, Maryland, area, Stephanie values her roots while enjoying her new community of Ashburn, Virginia. She and her husband, Alex, have two cats, Rajah and Daisy. Outside the office, Stephanie loves traveling, visiting national parks, hiking and skiing.
