Tanner enjoys taking complex information and making it feel a little less complicated. In her role, she brings a detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach to supporting the firm’s investment operations, client reporting and data-driven initiatives.

While her career began in parks and recreation and event coordination, Tanner discovered that many of the skills she enjoyed most translated naturally into the financial services industry. Whether coordinating an event or working behind the scenes with investment data, she thrives on organizing moving parts, solving problems and making sure important details don’t get overlooked.

Naturally curious and highly organized, Tanner is always looking for ways to make processes more efficient and information easier to understand. She especially enjoys work that combines data, planning and collaboration, knowing that strong operations behind the scenes help create a smoother experience for both clients and their advisors.

Tanner earned her bachelor’s degree in parks and recreation management from Arizona State University, along with a certificate in special event management.

A lifelong resident of Phoenix, Tanner loves being outdoors and doing anything creative, including collaging, painting and graphic design. She also enjoys cooking and baking, exploring antique shops and attending concerts.
